PrepRun Google Ads API Internal Tool
A limited internal tool used by PrepRun's operator to verify and safely pause or enable one pre-created Google Search campaign.

Access: only the operator's authorised internal users. The tool is not offered to customers or third parties.
What the tool does
- Uses the Google Ads API to read and verify the exact configuration and status of a single, pre-created Search campaign owned by PrepRun.
- Uses campaign mutation only to change that campaign's status between ENABLED and PAUSED.
- Applies a small controlled-probe limit of EUR 0.50 and a portfolio limit of EUR 5 in a rolling seven-day period.
- Uses provider-start checkpoints, immutable receipts, reconciliation and an owner-controlled kill switch so an ambiguous request cannot be retried blindly.
What the tool does not do
- It does not create Google Ads accounts, campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, audiences or budgets.
- It does not change billing, payment settings or account ownership.
- It does not use Customer Match, remarketing, conversion uploads or App Conversion Tracking and Remarketing API functionality.
- It does not upload customer lists, email addresses, CVs, interview answers or other PrepRun user data to Google Ads.
- It does not operate campaigns for external clients.
Data and security
The tool stores only operational identifiers, campaign status, bounded cost data and cryptographic execution receipts needed for verification, reconciliation and audit. OAuth credentials and the Google Ads developer token are held as protected operational secrets and are never exposed in the browser, public pages or application logs.
