1. What PrepRun is

PrepRun is an independent online tool for practising cognitive, game-style and video-interview assessments. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to HireVue or any employer. Third-party names are used only to describe the type of assessment being practised.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and account secure and for providing accurate information. You must not share paid access or attempt to bypass access controls.

3. Plans, billing and renewals

Paid monthly and annual plans renew automatically until cancelled. An Exam Pass is a one-time purchase granting the access period shown at checkout. EPSO focused-test and Complete bundles are one-time purchases granting the permanent account access described at checkout; Part 2 Beta remains a separate free preview and is not sold. Prices are shown before purchase and may include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe; PrepRun does not store full card details.

4. Cancellation, refunds and withdrawal

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period. EU consumers normally have a 14-day withdrawal right. For Exam Pass and EPSO digital-content purchases, when you expressly request immediate supply and begin using the purchased practice, you acknowledge that the withdrawal right may be lost to the extent permitted by law. A full refund, reversed payment or unresolved payment dispute revokes the related digital access. Contact us for an individual review of any refund request.

5. No result guarantee

PrepRun provides practice and coaching but does not guarantee a score, assessment result, interview or hiring outcome. Results differ between individuals.

6. Acceptable use

Use PrepRun for lawful personal preparation and follow the official instructions for any real assessment. Do not use PrepRun during a live assessment where assistance is forbidden, interfere with the service, scrape private areas, copy substantial parts of the product or breach third-party terms.

7. Intellectual property

PrepRun's software, design, text and original practice implementations belong to the operator or its licensors. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided with reasonable care but may occasionally be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or affects mandatory consumer rights.

9. Privacy and external services

Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Payments, authentication, hosting, email and requested AI features rely on identified service providers. PrepRun's limited internal Google Ads API tool is described separately at Google Ads API Internal Tool.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will communicate material changes where appropriate. The terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your EU country of residence.
